In Ephesians 4 we find some very important things to heed regarding how we are to "walk."
We are told to speak the truth instead of lying.
We are told to work to have to give and not to steal.
We are told to speak things that are edifying that minster grace.
We are told to be tender-hearted and forgiving as we have been forgiven.

The standard of God's Word  is the standard we use for cleansing our way.
